Any body that knows me knows that i love to cook ,being that im still in this house with just a bed and very fur things.I am trying a way to take my smoker on the road i guess i ll need a small trailer of some kind.The latest BBQ i came up with was beer and sweet vodka i used honey sweet rub for my pork steaks slow cook 3.5 hours at about 225 deg.They turned out oober hehe my word
